As with all financial transactions, please exercise discretion if you use an automated teller machine (ATM) or overnight deposit device. Be careful for your own safety. The following proposals may be useful. You must contact us within 40 calendar days of the date we mailed the replacement cheque or account statement that indicates that the replacement cheque has been booked to your account (or if you have delivered it in another agreed manner), whichever is later. We extend this period if, due to exceptional circumstances, you have not been able to assert a claim in good time. This agreement is governed by Article 4A of the Single Commercial Code – money transfers, as accepted in the state where you have your account with us.
